It will search existing databases and the internet for other viable alternatives and will compare the prices of these suppliers and will pick out the most economic option. It will proactively check for reviews and ratings to weed out low quality suppliers and will provide the new list in the form of a PDF.
CyBot can also be asked to send a request for proposal to these suppliers. It will send all the suppliers an RFP and will constantly compare the offers from each of those suppliers to find the best rate possible.
CyBot can procure resources for you with just a picture for reference. The user just sends it a picture of something like lets say a diesel injector and states that he requires 4 units of it and also specifies a deadline. CyBot will scan the image and will search its database and the internet to find an accurate match. It will then proceed to check out the inventory database to locate that particular resource. It doesn’t just stop there it also broadens its search to find suppliers who sell that particular resource. CyBot then allows you choose if you want to requisition it from the inventory or purchase it afresh. It takes the users input into consideration and proceeds to inform inventory and logistics. After confirming it also allows the user to track the shipment in real time. CyBot will automatically inform the user about bottlenecks when encountered.
CyBot automatically notifies you when you receive an order. It allows you to accept or reject that particular order. In the case of a delivery order such as this one it automatically suggests the allocation of resources to fulfil the order. It acknowledges your input and sends the order details to that resource and also tracks that resource in real time.
CyBot Automatically notifies the user as soon as a supply order is received with the parameters of the order and with its deadlines. It allows the user to accept or reject the order. Upon acceptance CyBot will provide the details of the transport that will arrive to pick up the shipment.
CyBot will automatically file your balance sheets every year or as specified by the user. In the event that a few receipts have been missed out just send a picture or a pdf to CyBot and ask it to add them to the balance sheet. Based on this the bot will suggest solutions to the user. Such as, in this case it identifies that the injector is still under warranty and is eligible for replacement. It then requests permission to call up the supplier to discuss replacement
CyBot can also function as an automated support system. Just type out your grievance to it for example in this case the user has a problem with his tractor. The bot will then enquire the user for the serial number of the tractor. Using this serial number it will be able to search its database and pinpoint the exact tractor in question. It will then enquire about the nature of the users grievance to further understand the problem. With each response the bot will attempt to narrow down on the true cause of the problem. In this case it will asks about the temperature of the engine, if the stop symbol was blinking and the level and colour of the oil.
It then proceeds to process this information and find the most likely problem that the user is facing. In this case that the tractors engine is overheating and that there is oil leakage. It also affirms if the tractors is still under warranty and will warn the user of additional charges if it is not. With the users authorisation the bot will then schedule an inspection for the user's tractor. The bot will then automatically log the request and will provide a reference number to track and change the request
CyBot can make forecasts for machine services. Just ask it to generate forecasts for a specified time period. The bot will search your databases and use the information to predict the number of forecasts for that time period. It can also be asked for more details on a particular machine or forecast. In this case it shows the machines owner, model and serial number. The bot can also be asked to plan for that machines service. It estimates the scope of the maintenance at hand and establishes parameters based on it. In this case it estimates a requirement of technicians, labour hours, hours of travel time, travel cost, the consumables required for the job and the amount necessary, the likelihood of replacement of spare parts based on its own prediction algorithm. For example in this case oil filters have the highest rate of replacement which is 93% followed by Fuel filters at 89%. The bot then estimates the total cost of the spare parts, the hour meter reading, the type of service required and the number of workshop hours.
